• Experience of developing & training other colleagues
• Experience of supervising the practice of junior colleagues
• Evidence of Promoting Continence in own practice
• Ability to communicate effectively with professional and non-professional colleagues, patients and carer
• Ability to manage a caseload

•  ENB 978 (or equivalent) is essential
• A57 (or equivalent) and ENB 998 (or equivalent) is desirable
• 1 year Primary Care is desirable
