We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join an Early Hospital Discharge Team.

OPPORTUNITY
To join a new exciting Service, to undertake patient assessments on hospital sites and provide acute nursing care to patients in their own homes.
You would be expected to deliver at all times, high quality nursing care by assessment, implementation and evaluation of patients’ needs.
This Service caters for patients who have undergone elective surgery, unplanned surgery as well as hospital admissions for medical conditions.
You will provide effective nursing skills ensuring the effective delivery at all times of high quality nursing care.
The role includes some evening and weekend work, including participation in an on-call rota.

NMC registration

Minimum 3 years post graduation experience (essential)

Experienced with Cannulation, Venepuncture and IV Therapy (current)

A background or previous experience in an acute care environment (eg. ITU, A&E)

Car driver (desirable though not essential)
SALARY & BENEFITS
Salary Range £25,000 - £31,000 (depending on experience)
